Aus dem Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 (312 O 85/98) des Landgerichts Hamburg geht hervor, dass man durch das Setzen eines Links auf fremde Webseiten die Inhalte dieser Seiten mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann nur dadurch verhindert werden, dass man sich ausdrücklich von den Inhalten dieser Seiten distanziert. Für alle Links meiner Homepage gilt daher: Ich erkläre hiermit ausdrücklich, dass ich keinerlei Einfluss auf die Gestaltung und die Inhalte der Seiten haben, zu denen ich einen Link gesetzt habe.
